This form is for EDUCATORS / ADMINISTRATORS to register their students to participate in DesignDash.

Educators/Administrators – you are invited to submit registrations for a maximum of 10 students for DesignDash.  We have a limited amount of space for each DesignDash event.  Admittance will be determined by a combination of the following: date of registration, number of schools/school districts represented, event location capacity. While we will do our best to accommodate all students, we may be in a position where we must reduce the student head count per educator in order to provide the DesignDash opportunity to more educators and students. Registration will be confirmed 4 weeks before the event.

A lunch of pizza and chips will be provided, so please advise students with food allergies to bring their own food.

You will need the following information for each student you register:

  • Name (as student would like it to appear on name tag)
  • T-Shirt Size
  • Media Release – please work with your district office letting us know student/parent choice regarding use of photos taken during event
