If you are an Iowa educator, parent, or after-school provider looking to participate in the Iowa Invention Convention, please fill out this form by Jan. 9, 2026 which allows us to keep you informed about the program, understand how many students you're teaching invention to, and provide an accurate number of invitations to your students for the state event.

Iowa Invention Convention (IIC), run by the Jacobson Institute, is a statewide invention education program for K-12 students in Iowa*. We provide free curriculum resources to Iowa educators, host professional development sessions and provide state and national opportunities for students here in Iowa.
