Sprint to Invent—Professional Development

Sprint to Invent professional development is available to any Iowa* K-12 educator—ranging from public or private schools, homeschools, after-school programs, and online academies.  

This Sprint to Invent PD is for you regardless of where you're at in your journey. We're here to support you whether you're: 

  • just getting started and curious to explore what invention education is all about,
  • currently teaching some innovation and entrepreneurship but want to provide more opportunity to your students, or

  • all-in on having students participate in Invention Convention 

    *Please note: The special session for BizInnovator Startup educators on September 4 is open to all BizInnovator educators, nationwide (not just those in Iowa). This special session is only for educators who have an active BizInnovator Startup curriculum license for the 2025-26 school year and are high school educators (9-12 grade).

     

Professional Development

Select the option that works best for you. If preferred, you have the option to select both online and in-person training.

Friday, Oct. 24, 2025 | Full-day | Stipend/teacher provided to put toward substitute teacher and travel costs to Iowa City, IA | Up to 4 teachers per school
