Iowa Invention Convention (IIC) is a statewide invention education program for K-12 students in Iowa*. IIC is run by the Jacobson Institute at the University of Iowa, and offers students the opportunity to learn about invention and showcase their work. The Jacobson Institute provides invention education resources and training, hosts the statewide event every spring, and is the state’s official pathway to Invention Convention U.S. Nationals, hosted by The Henry Ford.
